This is the Return policy of White Art Store.
As of today we sell two types of products.
- Print On Demand(POD) – We use Printful as our POD service provider
- Homemade – Which are the products we ship ourselves.
Because of these two types of products the Return policy will be varied for each of them. For questions about the returns and refunds contact us on info@rjwhiteart.com
Can I Return bought products because change of mind?
As for POD – No, You can’t return products because of a change of mind or a size exchange.
As for Homemade – As for now No, You can’t return products because of a change of mind.
What if i gave a wrong address?
POD – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Homemade – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
As for POD – for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date on info@rjwhiteart.com. we will take care of all the costs. But Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.
As for Homemade – because our products are unique most of the time we won’t be able to reship that product. so contact us on info@rjwhiteart.com for the refunds.
What if I received a damaged or defect product?
For POD – Contact us at info@rjwhiteart.com with proof of the damage within 5 days of delivery. We will examine the damage and contact printful for you.
For Homemade – Contact us at info@rjwhiteart.com with proof of the damage within 5 days of delivery.
Remember only damages and Defects cause on our part will be replenished. Change of mind or size exchanges will not be possible.
