This is the shipping policy of White Art Store. As of today we sell two types of products.
- Print On Demand(POD) – We use printful as our POD service provider
- Homemade – Which are the products we ship ourselves.
Because of these two types of products the shipping policy will be varied for each of them.
What locations do we ship to?
POD : We are currently offering worldwide shipping unless if stated as otherwise. Printful will package & ship orders to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
POD : All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of Printful’s domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5 – 20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
As for Homemade & POD – Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
